I graduated from William Jessup University with my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science 🎓 in April 2022, and I have been working in the industry since April 2021. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about learning new technologies/tools in order to diversify my skillset. In addition, I have strived to improve my professionalism by adhering to well-established software development principles and disciplines. In my personal life, I enjoy cooking Hello Fresh 🍋, going to the gym 🏋, and playing fetch with my furry friend, Linc 🐕. At Dynamisoft, I have had major opportunities to grow as a developer. First, I have been tasked with converting ADO stored procedures written in Visual Basic 6 to C# to improve performance in our WMS software, megaTrak. Another major project that I helped develop was an integration between megaTrak, Shopify, and Onfleet. This solved a major problem for one of our clients by streamlining communication between all three apps. Previously, data integrations were manual and tedious. After deployment, the client both benefited from seamless data integration and was able to integrate these third-parties with megaTrak to leverage its warehousing features. Overall, my work at Dynamisoft has been instrumental in advancing my knowledge in the world of API integrations and microservices.

At Wizrds LLC, a Mister Waverly Company, I increased my knowledge of web development and mainly utilized the MERN web stack. When I designed the server-side code of the company website, I used PHP to create a notification system that sent client project requests to the company email. I also was tasked with creating a desktop app that utilized the Twilio API for sending SMS messages. When I left the company, that project became my own to share. Navigate to "My Work" to learn more.

I was hired as an intern at Mister Waverly Incorporated to assist in a web app project for a non-profit. I provided assistance for the server-side application, writing different REST API routes for the React.js app to call. Some of the endpoints I wrote included blog post searching, event calendar retrieval, and blog comment modification/deletion.

Originally, when I worked at Wizrds LLC, I developed this project for a client. However, the needs of the client changed, allowing me to make this open source. This desktop app lets a user utilize the Twilio API to send SMS messages on their PC.
